Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Chevrolet Sales Manager with a strong work ethic and who is internally driven to continually improve. Honesty and integrity are required character traits. Candidates must be a good team player, with a willingness to follow directions and be continually molded as the company grows. Must have good problem-solving skills and be adept at handling customer service-related concerns.

This position is not ‘remote work’ capable and requires punctual, consistent, and regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. Missed work affects the day-to-day operations of the company. This in turn negatively impacts fellow employees through lowered morale and / or lost income opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job duties for the Chevrolet Sales Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Acts as a goodwill ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • Maintains efficient communications within the department, as well as other departments. Promotes harmony and team spirit.
  • Desking/structuring deals, helping sales team members as required, assisting in day-to-day operations, working with factory partners.
  • Meet or exceed company monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals and expectations.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
  • Perform other duties as requested or required.

Qualifications:

Two years in a dealership sales environment (within the past 5 years) and desking experience is a must. Good communication skills, negotiating skills, basic accounting skills, management skills, multi-tasking skills and computer skills are a must. High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Must be proficient at desking/structuring deals.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Candidate must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions. Extended working hours may be required, which may include working at nighttime or weekends.
