  Build a sales team that will take our Exterior Remodeling company to the next level.
• Get Rewarded for results with a generous commission structure with no cap on earnings!
• Hire and train additional sales reps
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for each of our exterior remodeling sales reps
• Track activity and provide coaching to reach goals
• Work a small number of leads each month to connect directly with customers, which would require climbing a ladder from time to time.
• Support the sales team in staying current with industry trends, new products, price changes, etc.
• Focus on growing our presence in our target market (Montgomery & Chester Counties)

Glick's Exteriors of Gap, PA, is experiencing exciting growth and is ready to add a Sales Manager – Exterior Remodeling to our Exterior Remodeling Company. The ideal candidate will take on an essential role in the company and work directly with the owner to grow and develop the business. Founded in 2010, our company has built a reputation of excellence within our Chester and Montgomery Counties' target market. We offer roofing, siding, window & door replacement, gutters, and decks. Our customers come to us for quality craft work and timely completion of projects. We've been experiencing steady growth through referrals & marketing and have ambitious goals for our future.

Our Ideal Sales Manager:

• Experienced: 2+ years experience in construction sales preferred. 2+ years of experience leading a sales team.
• Leader: Track record of successfully developing and training sales reps. Willing to lead by example and maintain a small pipeline of customers.
• Goal Driven: An ambitious, hungry go-getter eager to grow the sales team and company revenue. Forward-thinking.
• Computer Savvy: Can use a calculator, smartphone, tablet, and computer – knows Excel. Able to learn our CRM and estimating software.
• Active: Can climb a ladder to take measurements for roofing and siding projects if required.
