Job Summary
The Host represents Bill Webb Homes with the highest level of integrity, character, professionalism, courtesy and ethics in order to maintain our positive reputation in the community. The Host role is to greet prospective homeowners, communicate our current subdivision offerings, and build trust along the way so that they are able to make an informed purchase decision.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors to the model home.
- Provide subdivision information to visitors including floorplans, pricing, and lot availability.
- Create unique and engaging social media and marketing content using programs like Canva.
- Send contracts and selections out to homeowners for signature using Docusign.
- Have a thorough knowledge of our standards versus upgrades and the associated cost of each upgrade.
- Set appointments with new home buyers and operations manager.
- Maintain, and organize model home.
- Marketing projects as necessary.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office and other cloud-based programs.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Reliable transportation.

- Saturday-Sunday 12:00-2:00p
- Weekend availability is required.
