We have a unique entry level sales opportunity that provides our sales team with leads. Many of our Sales Development Representatives succeed and transition into top earnings Insurance Sales Producers. $$$

We are seeking Sales Development Representatives who can quickly develop relationships over the phone from a cold start, give basic information on our insurance products and services, obtain basic information on the prospect, and transfer them over to a Licensed Sales Producer to close the sale.

  No industry experience necessary! We are looking for confident, self driven, individuals who are motivated by commissions!

Base pay: $13 - $16 / hour + commissions + bonus opportunities = $$$$$

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year

• Solicit for new business via telephone
• Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients.
• Have the ability to start a cold conversation quickly and develop rapport with the clients.
• Obtain prospect information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into our system.

• Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
• MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated work station set up for an office.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency preferred
