Sales Representative – Houston, TX

Starting Salary: $20.50 per hour / $41,307 annually

Starting Salary with 1-year of sales experience or P&C license, or associate/bachelor’s degree: $22.53 per hour / $45,397 annually

Training Schedule- Monday through Friday 8am- 4:30pm CST

• Total average first year earnings range from $50K to $75K through a combination of base pay and bonus

Salary with 1-year of sales experience, P&C license, and/or associate degree: $22.53 per hour / $45,397 annually

• Total average first year earnings range from $50K to $75K through a combination of base pay and bonus.
• Potential for Top Performers to earn over $100K

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent*Benefits may be different by location. Benefit eligibility requirements vary and may include length of service.
