FORTUNE ENERGY JOB FAIR Sept. 14th 2-5 pm.

You will gather data and provide detailed data reports for our sales team in different locations, meet with Account Managers regarding performance, conduct surveys and aid in database management.

Work environment is a shared office /space depending on Fortune Energy office space configuration. Core office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 40 hrs. per week.

Job Description

· Gather data and analyze trends or patterns affecting quality.

· Identify gaps in training and/or process issues.

· Provides quality, consistent and objective feedback directly to representatives to improve their areas of opportunity.

· Provide structured and timely recommendations; verbal and or/written feedback to Operations Manager and leadership regarding representative’s performance.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Helps adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures, and implements changes as required.

· Performs weekly and monthly QA reports as required, indicating representative’s performance.

· Conducts, audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

· Working experiences: Minimum of three years related experience.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in excel is a must.
