Close the Loop is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Support Associate for its North America Headquarters located in Hebron, KY. We specialize in managing our client environmental take-back programs and the recycling or reuse of their material in a safe and effective method. Your skills will assist to drive sales revenue, strategically develop company growth, and the opportunity to solve unique challenges and change the world.

Position Summary:
Assist Account Management and Business Development Team on daily activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining communications with each customer ? know details for each program

Provide day to day customer support and updates.

Serve as liaison and/or point of contact for internal customer related inquiries.

Maintain weekly and monthly reporting and monthly invoicing for customers as well as suppliers used by Close the Loop.

Data analytics and forecasting for customer accounts as needed.

Be main point of contact for some accounts.

Be main point of contact for info @ email address, as well as CtL main phone line

Assist in procurement and sourcing activities associated with new business and current business growth

Assist where needed with CRM activities, including data entry and lead generating/prospecting activities

Asist in the implementation of the strategy for enhancing the customer experience, including customer satisfaction surveys and social media.

Actual duties and responsibilities may vary because of corporate directives, departmental objectives, and special projects, in addition to the duties outlined above.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

Project Management

Ability to organize tasks and work independently

Ability to use good judgment and to problem-solve

Ability to handle and resolve conflict

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure appropriate communication both internally and externally

Qualifications:
Four year degree preferred

Demonstrated 1+ years experience in account management experience preferred

Preferred experience in Project Management, Sales/Technical Sales or similar field
