An amazing opportunity to join the Asure Business Applications team as we implement a modern approach to our connected, cloud-based technology stack that is transforming the business. You will be a key member of the Sales Operations team dedicated to improving and maintaining clean data, best practices and process flows across our entire Biz Apps platform- including CRM, ERP, Integrations, Analytics, and FP&A. Using your knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform administration you will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to architect and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud best practices across our sales, operations, and finance and accounting team. You are instrumental in bringing us together to provide and communicate the data behind business needs and impacts. Delivering our executive priorities, making us a stronger and more connected organization.

This role is located in our Austin, TX office, however we are open to other locations or remote based on skills and experience. If remote, must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire: California, Florida, Vermont, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Washington, Nebraska, North Carolina, Arizona, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Missouri, Michigan, Massachusetts, or Illinois.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support our Business Systems and Users to Ensure Optimal System Performance – CRM, ERP, Integrations, Analytics, FP&A as scalable, ease of use solutions. Administer and update systems as needed. We are to expand our BizApss team with person will help administer and maintain Salesforce and related tools.
  
• Data Cleansing and Maintenance – Manage data cleansing projects and implement best practices for ongoing data integrity. Modify the system to increase benefits and usability.
• Deliver and Communicate Process Changes - implement the process changes that fit our systems. Communicate system changes to the users in advance, so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation. Manage the change control process. Manage system changes without interruption to the user.

Your Qualifications- what you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems preferred
• Salesforce Admin Certification Required, Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification (or greater) preferred.
• Experienced in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration required.
• 1-2 years of previous experience working with developing business systems for a company.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Experience providing ticket support, working directly with users
• Strong business acumen with able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Exposure to sales, marketing, and service processes and platforms in SaaS software companies.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment managing multiple priorities.
