Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Required Skills:
- On marketing side, want experienced person – 8+ years
- Depth of knowledge in Salesforce; in particular salesforce marketing cloud
- AEM experience would be nice to have; but this would be given preference over someone who does not have it
- Work with firewall & security team as well to make sure everything they are doing is secure

- As a Salesforce Marketing Architect, you will work with multiple Marketing Business Partners to understand their needs and develop comprehensive marketing strategies. You will architect, design, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate and streamline marketing efforts. This includes end-to-end solutions from integrated data ingestion to campaign execution, performance measurement, and optimization.
- SMA must be experienced in a minimum of 4 & above from the below areas.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
- Customer Data Platform
- Digital Asset and Content Management & Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems like Snowflake to create a seamless content management workflow.
- Proof MRM
- Consulting with multiple business partners to understand their marketing automation needs and developing comprehensive strategies to meet their goals.
- Collaborating with the Salesforce Implementing group and drive the architectural decisions in the long run.
- Designing and configuring complex marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journeys.
- Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems like Snowflake, AEM.
- Developing and implementing best practices for data management, segmentation, and personalization.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.
- Conducting training sessions for the business and other team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and leveraging this knowledge to improve the outcomes
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
