Techno function resource with experience in Comms Corner, Pulse along with Multi Level Marketing expert.
Resource will work very closely with client and their vendor for development.
He/she will be bridge between development and business team.
Support marketing cloud connector & integrations uptime & data quality Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems. Evaluate large dataset for quality and accuracy.
Determine business impact level for data quality issues.
Work with developers to correct data quality errors.
Provide required support for Incident Root cause analysis, Parsing,
Standardization, Matching, Enhancement and Monitoring
Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns.
Leverage Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud declarative tools and programmatic languages to deliver dynamic, personalized, multi-touch communications
Create and Support SQL queries in Automation Studio to segment audiences and maintain data extensions
