Salesforce Solution Architect
Location : Remote
Duration : 6 Months
Note: Someone nearby or location to MA would be ideal
- Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
- Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
- Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.
- Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Develops data integration, data migration and DevOps deployment strategies
- Provide coaching and establishing standards to development team during the implementation phase
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience with full Salesforce implementation (any cloud).
- Platform Development 1 , Salesforce Administrator , Salesforce App Builder Certified.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL , Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge or certifications on Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform developer 1, LWCs, Integrations , etc.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, CMS etc.)
- Experience with ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud
- Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience in working in SCRUM Team.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
- Excellent team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner
- Experience working in an IT services/consulting firm is highly preferred

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
