We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at Cloud Peritus. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions and will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of the organization
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to help them develop their skills and deliver high-quality work
• Design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and applications, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and extensible, and that they adhere to best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems and applications
• Manage Salesforce releases and ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and properly documented
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure that all code is of high quality and meets the organization's standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and recommend new solutions and enhancements that could benefit the organization
• Identify and mitigate risks related to Salesforce projects and proactively communicate them to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other related technologies
• Hands-on experience in leading a team of Salesforce developers and delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are a plus
