Salon Manager Job at Great Clips of New Jersey
We are looking for a Salon Manager to be responsible for our salon’s day-to-day operations. Salon Manager responsibilities include providing great haircuts to customers, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, training staff and promoting our services. If you are familiar with managing people and have excellent organizational abilities, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you'll help boost client satisfaction and increase our revenues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Hire and train new stylists
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Order salon supplies and maintain inventory for beauty products
- Train and apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting and hair products
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
- New Jersey Cosmetology License is required.
