JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon in Conshohocken is looking for a salon manager who are passionate about building a team, cutting hair, and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. You will have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and fosters a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.
The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.
Our Manager salary is designed to increase with store growth, with a typical range between $45,000 - $65,000 per year (with no cap). $1,000 bonus potential for client and sales goals reached within the first 6 months! Additional $300 bonus earning opportunities available each pay period!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A valid PA cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
