We have an opening for a FULL TIME LPN/Scheduling Coordinator who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a LPN/Scheduling Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

LPN PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ASSITANCE INCLUDE:
Under the supervision/licensure of the agency RN
- Assesses/evaluates by observation the competencyof the HH Aides/CNA's upon hire and as requested by the agency thereafter;
* Follows the agency orientation process upon the HR Manager hiring of the HHA/CNA
* Assists the HHA/CNA with care direction of the client as needed
* The LPN may perform the duties assigned to home health aides and CNA's in a written Care Plan. However the LPN may not perform any skilled care under this agency license.
* Assess new clients and create/update the Plan of Care for the client
As well as other related duties.
LPN REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of an approved school of nursing
2. Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Florida pursuant Chapter 464 F.S.
3. One year private duty home health preferred
Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
- Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
- Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
- Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
- Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients
Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred
- Education – High school diploma/LPN Education & License
- Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
- Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
