As the Scheduling Coordinator - Showroom Administrator you are the face and voice of our brand in this high-end, fast-paced luxury interior design studio. Your driven, organized, and informative nature allows you to be a high-level contributor to our designers, installers, and clientele.
Located in Manhattan, this interior design company is searching for a polished individual to drive the smooth operation of the design studio and related matters.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
You are the point person for the company, you manage complicated calendars for designers and operations personnel, you answer/make up to 50 calls a day, and you drive all things showroom related to provide a professional experience to our clients.
- Schedule Appointments - for installations, designers, measurements, and deliveries throughout the day
- Showroom Management - Clean and organize showroom, provide tours of showroom for clients and share product knowledge, open and close showroom for the day
- Answer Calls/Make Calls - you will be responsible for up to 50 calls on average a day (this entails follow-up calls, scheduling calls, and product information calls)
- Lead Generation - Following a call campaign that includes calling past customers, follow up on unsold projects, and account follow-ups
YOUR BACKGROUND
- +3 years of experience in lead generation, project tracking, and customer service
- Comfortable making phone calls and answering product questions
- Scheduling experience and high attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Interior design or showroom experience is a huge plus!
- Impeccable grammar, written and spoken
- Technologically savvy
