The Service Manager is responsible for successfully directing and managing all scheduling activities related to clients and Care Professionals. The Service Manager focuses on key areas to create high quality matches, ensure key goals and metrics are met, and leads a team to provide the highest quality of service.
Job Details:
- Reflect the core values of Home Instead
- Oversee and lead a team of CarePro’s to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
- Manage and review ongoing scheduling activities to ensure Care Professionals and clients receive the best matching experience.
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be flexible in taking on-call and being available for rotational shifts on the weekends.
- Provide leadership and management to CarePro’s which affect operational efficiency and achievement of the operational goals and KPI’s.
- Support Lead Service Manager Daily with short term and long-term needs.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with the franchise owner, key players, Care Professionals, clients, and family members.
- Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the success of a Home Instead franchise office.
