Working Conditions:
School Counselor salary range starts at $41,752 according to the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement pay scale and ranges up to $71,359. Our benefit package includes a competitive cost share for health, dental and life insurance at no cost to the employee, and participation in NH retirement system. Additional benefit plans include vision, FSA, 403b participation and a variety of AFLAC plans. The AFSCME collective bargaining agreement with Hudson School District provides for sick and personal time and a tuition reimbursement program.
