We are currently seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our scientific team in the role of Scientist / Research Scientist in antibody discovery, humanization and optimization.

Job Title:
Scientist (PhD) / Research Scientist (BS/MS)

Job Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Antibody screening, characterization and lead selection
  • Antibody/protein production and purification (HEK293 or CHO)
  • Development of immunoassay (ELISA, Western Blot, IP, FACS) and cell based assays
  • Generation and maintenance of stable cell lines
  • Development of new methods and technologies for project advancement
  • Design, execute and present experimental results on a regular basis

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • BS (Research Scientist), MS (Senior Research Scientist) or PhD (Scientist) with at least 1 year of bench work experience in Biological Science
  • Strong scientific background in cellular & molecular biology
  • Strong communication skills that enable the individual to build open and collaborative relationships is essential
  • Excellent learning capacity and working ethics
  • The PhD level candidate should be familiar with antibody engineering and screening (preferably with yeast surface display) and assay development, culture of primary cells and cell-based screening
  • Experience with vector design and construction, conditional gene expression in mammalian systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory chemistry manufacturing and control (CMC) requirements for biologic drug candidates is desirable
