Scrum Master Job at Synergy BIS
Synergy is looking for a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate shall exhibit advanced knowledge with tools such as Salesforce CRM, Atlassian, Jira and Confluence. The role of the Scrum Master will include exhibiting the critical thinking and analysis required to prioritize, organize, and align business development
Responsibilities:
- Work as a SCRUM Master within the business development cadre.
- Partner with marketing personnel and strategic planning to orchestrate business development capture management activities with the goal of converting leads into revenue based opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and System Architects gathering customer business and technical requirements to inform the BoE.
- Coordinate and document customer interactions related to new business leads and opportunities for the purpose of knowledge sharing and data point collection for reporting business development activities through the opportunities and leads pipeline.
- Generate and report data for business development performance related to lead conversion, opportunity conversion, duration between activities, customer points of contact as well as additional business development metrics as applicable.
- This role shall be collaborative, complementing, and capabable in supporting the comprehesive business development activities defined within the Business Development Cadre
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Agile Scrum Teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
- Prefer Salesforce experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Computer Science or Management Information Systems) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of IT work experience as an application developer, business analyst, or project manager
- Leadership skills including communication, facilitation, ability to drive a team to improve Team Collaboration
- Ability to develop and foster teamwork and facilitate team dynamics
- Able to gauge team performance and identify areas for growth and improvement
- Able to garner respect and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Government Position of Trust
- Must be a U.S. citizen or foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
- Must pass a background investigation
