This is a remote position.
- Schedule, facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Supports and educates the Customer Product Owner, especially as it relates to maintaining the backlog and interacting with the team once the sprint has started
- Work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team to ensure the backlog is properly prioritized, stories are ready for the upcoming sprint, and sprint work is not interrupted with new or competing priorities once started
- Work closely with other stakeholders in both technology and business to influence and drive decision making across the scope of the project.
- Ensure data is accurate and up to date; generate reports to measure performance of the team; analyze data to identify insights and trends; use data to drive decisions for the team and the broader program
- Resolve team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the scrum team
Must Have –
Candidate must have worked on 2 Salesforce implementation project.
