Position: Seasonal Renewals Coordinator

We are looking for someone to join our Renewals Team in the role of Seasonal Renewals Coordinator. What you will do:
  • Exemplify to tenants why StuyTown is the best place to live while building rapport and establishing trust.
  • Communicate the renewal process to applicants.
  • Update information in our Residential Management System with specific details regarding the tenant’s lease renewal.
  • Effectively follow-up with tenants via telephone and email to communicate outstanding required paperwork.
  • Administrative duties, including copying, scanning, and digital filing.
  • Provide support on special projects as needed.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by Supervisor.
What you should have:
  • 0-2 years administrative experience required, Real Estate or Sales experience a plus.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A “can-do attitude” with the ability to multi task and remain calm under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $22.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
