We are looking for candidates to fill our order picker positions at our facility located in our Hildebran, NC. This is a seasonal position.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).

• Occasional weekends / overtime as required
• First shift availability is required

Job Responsibilities

• Locating product, picking product, packing product, reworking product, unloading trucks, kitting (making and filling displays).
• Labeling cartons, loading trucks, and other common warehouse distribution duties.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. without help and 50 lbs. with help.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Must be able to climb stair style ladders.
• Must be able to work OVERTIME and WEEKENDS.

Work Environment

This is a warehouse/retail distribution center. The primary functions of this role are performed in a production environment. The warehouse is not climate controlled (extreme heat and cold).

Job Expectations

- ATTENDANCE: Employees are expected to be in attendance for a full 40 hours per work week.

- ACCURACY: Attention to detail and the ability to read and retain numbers and details. Must be 100% accurate in order to succeed.

- PRODUCTIVITY: Must be able to work independently and without assistance once trained. Must remain productive for entire shift.

Other

• Must follow normal warehouse safety requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Forklift experience and warehouse experience preferred but not required.
