The Little Moose Lodge is hiring seasonal restaurant servers who can manage multiple tasks at once and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for individuals with a genuine passion for serving customers, which is why we seek out candidates who are outgoing, friendly and thoughtful. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential for all of our servers, as they must be able to deal effectively with multiple tables and get their orders correct. The ability to work amongst a team is vital to the success of our operation.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from members and their guests.
- Complete opening and closing side work/duties.
- Provide excellent customer service with a genuine smile and personable approach.
- Accurately input orders using our POS system.
- Communicate effectively with team members, our Chef, and kitchen staff.
- Set tables and clear dirty dishes.
- Reset tables with the appropriate flatware and glassware.
- Polish silverware and glassware.
- Respond to complaints from members and communicate them in a timely manner.
- Setup and breakdown for buffet services and member events.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
