Marion Security Agency has immediate openings for Security Officers in the Red Bank/Middletown New Jersey areas in Monmouth County.

We will assist all successful candidates we offer positions to the ability to obtain your S.O.R.A. license if you do not already have it. We take the confusion out of obtaining your license!! We have skilled management on site and certified instructors to assist you through every phase of the licensing process!
We have positions in both commercial and residential facilities where you will assist us in the following:
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
- Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
- Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner
- Providing excellent customer service
We have full time overnight, evening and day shift positions as well as part time opportunities.
