What do I do? I run a small liquid cooled data center and I'm in the process of building my first custom home. All work is onsite at my property where my businesses reside. You will be working alongside my family and me, hence moral characteristics being first on my desired attribute list before skillsets. Everything I do is high-performance and cutting-edge.

I am very easy to work with but I am particular about how things are done. I am looking for a skilled individual who has experience. I cannot baby sit you. I need you to be able to hit the ground running with minimal oversight so that I can do the things I need to do. I will ruthlessly cut you if you BS me about your abilities and will give you a skills test to start. I have the starting pay at $25/hr but I am willing to pay more for someone who truly can meet my needs. I am willing to spend up to $30-35 an hour if you are an absolute rockstar. More than likely the most suitable candidate is someone in their 30s or 40s who has a good amount of experience under their belt as this is NOT a position where I am going to train you. Ultimately, help me and I will help you. Simple formula.

I am located in Cleburne and you would be a 1099 contractor to begin with. I pay every Friday via Zelle. If you end up being the right piece to my puzzle, we can discuss w2 pay and benefits. I provide tools and equipment but having your own tools is never a bad thing.

I am looking to hire immediately. Please note there is a smoking ban at our facility and no smoke breaks are allowed.
