California Construction Concepts (CCC) is a well-established and continually expanding construction company that specializes in multi trade commercial restoration and repair of existing residential and commercial development structures. · Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain project schedules
Must be acquainted with at least 3 of the 5 trades listed below, and be sufficiently equipped with related tools.
- Cement work
· Framing/Carpentry
· Stucco and building envelope
· Waterproof coating and roofing systems
Minimum 5 years construction experience. Anything less will not be considered.
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
