Responsibilities:
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform.
  • Monitor website sales portal for potential new business inquiries and route to sales team.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and sales PowerPoints.
  • Proofread and edit proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate contract renewals or extensions with sales, and operations.
  • Review and coordinate sales reports.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Manage and update customer files on company systems.
  • Facilitate Certificates of Insurance.
  • Coordinate networking events and trade shows.
  • Plan and host events for customers and employees
  • Coordinate sports tickets (Commanders, Wizards, Nationals, Capitals).
  • Proof-read, edit, and revise documents, contracts, and agreements in conjunction with Risk Management, Operations and Senior Leadership.
  • Attend meetings to ascertain and relay pertinent information.
  • Reviewing, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents, collecting, and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications.
  • Complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Maintain calendar and schedule meetings, events, conferences, and teleconferences.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Create Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • General office management and internal and external customer support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and be detail oriented.
  • Time management skills and project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support for senior management.
  • Extremely professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A college degree preferred but solid relevant experience with a proven history of excellence may be considered in lieu of a degree.
