• Through interpersonal and presentation skills, effectively demonstrate the capabilities of D365 F&O
• Participate and lead client workshops uncovering requirements to efficiently implement D365 F&O
• Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience levels
• Manage and document business and system processes making use of Microsoft cloud based tools including Lifecycle Services and Azure Dev Ops
• Training key users on the core job functions
• Identify and link functional and technical requirements to deliver an end to end solution
• Ability to learn and stay current with Microsoft’s One Version to enhance the client experience with new and upcoming features

• D365 Finance and Operations: Production for discrete and/or process manufacturing. (3-5 Years) Previous version of D365 applicable but must have at least 2 years D365
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• 3+ years of implementation experience using Microsoft’s D365 F&O and / or previous versions of Dynamics AX
• 3+ years of ERP implementation experience using defined project management methodologies
• Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations

• Minimum of two Microsoft D365 F&O certifications
• Trade and logistics, Production, and Finance preferred
• Demonstrate ability to take initiative and contribute to the various teams within RSM to improve methodology
• Prior experience working in manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, or life science industries
