Entegris is seeking a Principal Business Analyst- Digital Marketing responsible for the stability and availability of all of our digital platforms to ensure the best digital experiences. In this senior role you and your team will manage partners and vendors to support Digital Marketing and collaborate closely with Corporate and Solutions Marketing to facilitate the requirements gathering and prioritization of development to optimize Entegris’ digital platforms. This position will be located in Billerica, Massachusetts, but flex-work arrangements are possible.

In this role you will:
  • Lead and grow a dynamic team of high-performing digital business analysts
  • Assist in web strategy and planning
  • Manage the delivery of multiple digital projects, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope and characteristics and coordinate the project team, support functions and external partners
  • Track timing, milestones and budget of individual projects
  • Creation and management of test plans for fixes or new functionality to be implemented
  • Support multi-device website development, SEO, Social Media, personalization and marketing automation programs in partnership with other business functions or third party vendors
  • Monitor existing processes and make recommendations to improve current processes that impact deliverables
  • Direct the operation of the Content Management System (CMS) including workflows and governance for all website properties
  • Develop and enforce best-practices for website authoring and maintenance
  • Mange the relationship with our web development partner
  • Manage the relationship with internal IT
  • Create and maintain help documents and authoring guides for task performed by both the digital team and key stakeholders

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
  • At least 5-8 years experience in a related role
  • Confident, professional team player who must be able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Website management and maintenance and Agile software development
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SAP Commerce (hybris), and JIRA preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing activities such as SEO, social media and marketing automation
  • High Level of project management experience and skills required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to independently navigate area of unfamiliarity
