Nuts.com is a self-funded, profitable, rapidly growing multi-channel DTC specialty food and wellness company with over 550 people on our team. We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open-air market. The role:

The Senior Business Analyst is a critical role within the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence. This role will own the KPI's & performance metrics that drive the business. To succeed in this role, you must love not only reporting the numbers but also identifying the drivers of performance, developing methods & approaches to optimize performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to execute. To be successful, you should be analytical with business acumen, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with organizational leads to develop and track company-wide success metrics
• Create & own monthly/weekly/daily company-wide performance reports.
• Own & manage performance reporting across strategic initiatives Partner with stakeholders & leadership in supporting strategic analytic needs

What you'll bring:

• Excellent analytical skills with solid strategic thinking
• Business-oriented with ability to identify opportunities and recommend execution plans
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Expert knowledge of business & financial performance metrics
• Strong experience with SQL, looker and/or analytics platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, economics, mathematics or finance
