In this position, you would provide clerical support for the Maintenance Support Services Engineer and Staff to help insure operational goals are met in an efficient and timely manner. Duties include assisting with general clerical duties, which include processing correspondence, municipal contracts, approval letters, completion letters, and quarterly newsletters. You will also create reports, presentations, spreadsheets, researches historical data pertaining to local road name changes, research old maps and certified mileage reports, and maintain the liquid fuel maps and the file system used by both internal and external customers.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time on Monday and Friday. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Uniontown.

- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Keyboarding skills to meet standards for speed and accuracy
- Ability to take and transcribe dictation
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
