Senior Controller Job at The Chateau Girardeau
As the Senior Controller for The Chateau Girardeau, you will report to the CEO and work closely with other senior management to implement and manage the financial aspects of the organization, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, general ledger, monthly and annual financial statements, reconciliations, and financial controls.
You will be a strategic thinker who proactively recognizes financial and operational efficiency needs, anticipates issues and opportunities, and recommends value-added solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver well thought-out financial analyses, modeling, projections and ad hoc analyses/projects/initiatives to all stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
- Strategically interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision making.
- Monitors cash flow, investments, and banking relations; including cash receipts and disbursements.
- Preparing financial forecasts; including annual five-year plan.
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum five years previous experience.
- Healthcare and/or long-term care financial or non-profit experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
