Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) Strategic, Communication, Marketing, and Training Group is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in an onsite position in Vienna, VA to provide assistance and expertise to customers to address needs such as registration, access to courses or training facility, and provide training records.

Required Experience:
- Receiving incoming requests, both computer generated and verbal and prioritize for proper action.
- Providing support to users by fulfilling individual requests for information.
- Performing problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions or providing expertise to solve registration or access issues for end-users.
- Resolves problems or contacts more senior technical support as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of related experience.
- BA/BS degree or higher in relevant discipline is preferred.
- Experience supporting US Government clients.
- Experience coordinating across multiple organizations.
This position is onsite in Vienna, VA and contingent upon award of a contract expected in 2023.
