Due to our rapid growth, further areas are being expanded. Therefore we need you - as a Senior Instructional Design Coordinator (m/w/d) to support our Academy team.
With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.
The important thing is: You are extremely keen to contribute your expertise and build something great "from scratch" - with cool colleagues and a unique team spirit!

Your mission

• 
  Administering workshops, and copywriting and proofreading content for training and team
• Creation of Training Systems for implementation into the network
• Development and maintaining Training Manuals
• Development and maintaining tools and resources to support practical implementation of training
• Developing concepts and training modules to increase member engagement
• Coordinating, selecting, and developing training programs
• Managing key elements of The Healy Academy
• Surveys and assessment of resources implemented / Training provided
• Providing training program and event related communications

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related field or equivalent combination and experience
• Fluent in English, optional German, or Chinese
• Demonstrated strong writing, communication, and research skills
• Demonstrated contribution to the Learning and Development (L&D) profession.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a diverse team
• Willingness to meet deadlines
