Position Available: Sr. Security

We are seeking a full-time Security Officer who will be responsible for the safety and security of the students, staff and facilities. The hours are. 3:00pm-Midnight

Duties will include: Oversee the safety and security of the Center; directs the workflow of security officers on assigned shift. Enforces all authorized laws, rules and regulations. patrol assigned areas on campus, performing building security and safety checks, conducting preliminary investigations (training provided). Investigates infractions of Center rules, regulation and violations of state and federal law. Prepares a report of each incident upon completion of an appropriate investigation. Perform building safety and security checks.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. The applicant should have excellent communication/listening skills, proficiency in computer software, and six months of experience in a security or security-related field. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
