Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Client Success Management serves in a leadership role and is responsible for driving the performance of a team of Client Success Owners to maximize client satisfaction and retention in their defined territory. He or she will be responsible for developing and executing their territory business plan in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and enabling their team through data and active coaching.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Client Success Owners operating out of both Service Centers as well as remote locations
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage the performance and professional development of Success Owners
  • Establish consistency in the execution of the Success Playbook amongst the team
  • Provide vision, leadership, and guidance to direct reports; coach and mentor to ensure an energized, motivating work environment and desired business outcomes are achieved
  • Build outstanding relationships with fellow Client Service, Product, and Sales leaders as well as other cross-functional stakeholders; Partner with them to continually review and enhance operational performance and strategy
  • Track and manage to key metrics within Paycor technology platforms to analyze performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities; Institute a regular communication cadence to inform relevant business partners and stakeholder groups of data and discoveries
  • Serve as a client escalation point, which may involve visiting clients on location while serving as a Paycor Executive Sponsor for key strategic relationships within the territory
  • Participate in new service, product, and compliance rollouts to ensure Success Owner and client readiness
  • Manage expenses within the established budget

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience leading a high-performing team; Minimum of 2 years of Client relationship experience with Sales and Product Management experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent with excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence the outcomes of others both directly and indirectly
  • Proven organization and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Four-year degree or equivalent business experience
  • Travel up to 40% and some of that will be overnight.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $ 98370.00-$ 167946.00/year. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
