Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Manager to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all our employees that fosters a sense of belonging, equitability and inclusion across our global organization.
The Diversity Manager will be a part of the Global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and own the development and implement of the organizations diversity programs and initiatives that amplify our company culture, support key business objectives, and elevate the company brand and profile recognized as a diverse employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Advocate and uphold the integrity of our DE&I commitments, policies, and priorities.
- Review current DE&I practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company’s diversity and equitability goals.
- Spearhead international engagement and grass roots understanding of Light & Wonder global DE&I focus and objectives.
- Cultivate global DE&I strategy, with appropriate Business Units and divisions.
- Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) and support diverse populations.
- Engage with ERGs to implement programs and events that foster company culture and expands memberships.
- Manage the development and communication of the annual CSR/DE&I content and event calendar.
- Elevate the company brand in the DE&I space and identify industry events, committees peaking opportunities and relevant conferences for the DE&I Manager and Vice President of CSR to attend and network.
- Monitor adherence to Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) requirements, alongside compliance and legal, specifically in the “Social” pillar of ESG that ensures the company complies with state or country regulations and reporting requirements per our gaming licenses.
- Analyze and forecast diversity metrics with the HRIT team. against DE&I benchmarks and targets.
- Create and present DE&I Task Force reports to Vice President, CSR, Executive Leadership Team and Council.
- Project manage DE&I Workstreams and prepare weekly and monthly updates. to align programs with expected outcomes.
- Collaborate DE&I Workstream Co-Chairs in developing programs and resources that attract a diverse pipeline of talent.,
- Establish employee engagement programs and events that support retention and belonging.
- Identify and implement DE&I focused learning and development programs.
- Partner with COE compliance and legal departments to ensure hiring and employee-related policies are inclusive and equitable.
Experience, Skills and Abilities
- 8 + years of Human Resources, DE&I or related experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to speak in front of large groups and Executive Leadership Team.
- Travel may be required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
