Boeing is seeking to fill an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – Program Manager responsible for growth & execution in the South East Asia region. The role requires leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on program execution, demand planning and forecasting for programs in the non-US Government portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic leader with strategic vision and leadership to model the culture of Boeing Global Services as agile and lean, while being deeply committed to the customer and compliance. Position is located in Hazelwood, MO.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives

• 5+ years of experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods

• 5+ years of experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal and external),government and community customers, and representatives

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with U.S. and international government programs

• A strong, influential leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically, 10 or more years' related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $180,200 – $243,800
