Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with customers for the development of next-generation server solutions
- Acting as first RD contact for local customers regarding design requests/tasks and providing customer feedback/solutions daily.
- Work with factory for DFM and related drawing and BOM works if necessary
- Handle production quality issues in customers’ plants and provide solutions
- Key tasks will involve design based on request and testing, analysis and debugging on a mechanical prototype based on design
- Teamwork or communicate with the members in Taiwan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- 5~10 years or above work experience in design and analysis of Sever, Storage, Desktop or related electronics systems is a plus.
- Must have extensive Creo experience for over 3 years.
- Must have an excellent working knowledge of mechanical engineering and design principles with specific expertise in the areas of design for large-scale production, sheet metal, and injection molding, electrical interconnect systems, heat extraction.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a PLUS.
- Work authorization: Green card and the US citizen
