Stealth Venture Labs is a 7 year old digital marketing agency that’s made up of bad ass marketing veterans from organizations like Thrive Market, Facebook, Fabletics, JustFab, Uber and many more. We’ve generated over $300M in recurring revenue for our clients in the last 5 years and have a $1B goal over the next 5 years.

We’re building the team to help take us there and are searching for the best Paid Media Buyers who understand how to scale accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and other ad platforms!

The ideal candidate is a creative + strategic buyer who has worked in a digital marketing agency previously, is a people person, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and relishes taking complete ownership of the media buying process from beginning to end. Qualifications

  • Hands on experience managing monthly budgets of $200k+ / month
  • 3-5 years experience in eComm direct-response advertising in paid social platforms
  • Expert-level familiarity with Facebook / Instagram, and at least some experience with secondary social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest and Snap
  • Real world experience using Google Analytics to analyze paid media campaigns using UTMs
  • Strong base of knowledge across the digital marketing landscape - you can talk the talk about what it means to have a full omnichannel strategy.
  • Experience with other channels such as SEM, programmatic/display/native and performance media/affiliates gets you the inside track!
  • Demonstrable track record in working through roadblocks and CRUSHING performance goals for past clients.
  • Past experience with proactive, strategic-focused client-facing communications experience
  • Slack ninja and familiarity with project / tasking platforms (ideally Asana)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing new ad angles with our creative team and translating those ideas to account management for production flows.
  • Building, deploying and optimizing campaigns in the platforms directly.
  • Reading and interpreting data to ensure accounts are achieving and exceeding positive CPA and RoAS targets.
  • Weekly reporting to Lead Strategists / Clients.
  • Presence on client calls, as Lead Strategists and Account Management deem necessary.
  • Constant learning and sharing of media buying best practices.
  • Learn, develop and grow as a buyer and marketer in the directions you choose!
