Senior Member Service Representative (Denton, MD) Job at Educational Systems FCU
We’re currently seeking an experienced professional for a Senior Member Service Representative position. The Senior Member Service Representative provides a variety of sales and service functions such as providing information on all Credit Union services and effectively cross-selling the products and services that meet the member’s specific needs. The Senior Member Service Representative is responsi ble for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager . The incumbent will s upport the Credit Union’s membership and asset growth goals by participating in sales campaigns and community outreach events as determined by the Branch Manager. The Senior Member Service Representative acts as a sales and service role model for Member Services staff demonstrating high-level listening, sales and problem resolution skills. Supports Branch Manager in creating and maintaining a sales culture within the branch.
Requirements
Position requires a High school diploma or equivalent GED. Associate degree preferred. A minimum three (3) years financial institution experience required, and one (1) year supervisory experience preferred. Must have experience selling and cross- selling products or services in a financial institution, and one (1) year experience in outside sales and/or business development preferred. Must have the ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals, the ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
