The Representative, Trade Operations (RTO) provides product/sales order management, analytical and operational account management for assigned group of clients. RTO will assist management with support for daily team and customers interactions. RTO will have an integral role to ensure the Trade Operations Team has a customer centric approach and focus on both internal and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for top account management.
- Manage the full Order Management processes and execute electronic (EDI) /manual related sales orders.
- Provide customer services such as internal inventory levels, Product and Account related inquiries.
- Support the Sales Force and other internal business partners to reach company goals.
- Expanded involvement with Contracts, Pricing, Credit and Sales Teams to address and resolve order related issues.
- Apply ongoing trainings related to responses for product/order-related questions.
- Actively participate in Top Customer Performance Review with key business partners.
- Support Product Alternative Options: Short Dating; One Time Buys (OTBs) and other Order Management recommendations.
- Identify potential challenges, risks and/or opportunities and makes recommendations to management.
- Focus on Top customer performance management using internal/external KPIs.
- Obtain knowledge of supply and logistics system of organizations, people, technology, activities, information and resources involved in moving products and/or services from supplier to customers.
- Effectively communicate to team members and business partners.
- Participate in trainings related to both business cross-functional and technical requirements.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Job Aide and Regulatory Agencies compliance protocols.
- Assist in Pedigree Authentications/Verification & Serialization
- Execute Controlled Substance Class II-V Management activities (includes Tracking, Process and Rejection of CCI orders and DEA 222 forms).
- Facilitate with special order requests (i.e., Samples, Drop Shipments, International orders, etc.)
- Support with COA, COI, MSDS, HDMA & PI requests
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experiences in related area and minimum of 4+ years of business-to-business background.
- 3+ years in SAP or equivalent ERP preferred
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment; ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change (Performance/Results Driven)
- Strong ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, to work with little supervision. (Big Picture Orientation with Diligence)
- Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communications, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple complex issues.
- Strong client consulting acumen, including exceptional networking skills and a demonstrated ability to influence. Comfortable engaging individuals of all levels in the organization.
