Job Description:
Responsible for management & delivery of two or more systems within a platform, leveraging agile practices & leveraging experience of working in an agile environment. Knows and applies the fundamental Agile concepts, practices, and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the scrum events
- Assist the product owner in keeping the backlog ready and groomed
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team measure their output and performance and guide team towards high performance
- Encourage team and stakeholder buy-in & streamlines processes
- Ensure that the team's way of working is consistent across all teams
- Foster better communication between different disciplines in the team/cross team & facilitate the making of decisions in a timely manner
- Take responsibility for impediment removal and managing dependencies between teams
- Foster an Agile culture and strengthen the presence of our team as an Agile center of excellence
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment to accomplish the project goals Qualifications:
- Overall 12+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master for 2-3 scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work
- Experience in driving global IT projects and ensuring delivery to meet the schedule, scope and quality parameters using Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams.
- Experience with Azure Devops or similar tools
- Exposure to agile software development in Cloud, Embedded software projects
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with global multi-geo team structure
- CSM and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications preferred
