This position qualifies for a sign on Bonus of $20,000 for external candidates.

Candidate will coordinate and perform analysis and process based audits on manufacturing processes associated with the Advanced Development Program (ADP) (Skunk Works) manufacturing on a special access program in Palmdale California by performing the following:

• Data analysis on key quality performance measures using advanced computer skills pulling data from complex manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Providing program quality performance metrics and status on a prescribed tempo with the ability to perform short notice data analysis to identify and isolate a particular trend on request by quality leadership
• Supporting ADP quality leadership on quality process management, improvement, execution and oversight.
• Performing process surveillance audits, ensure process compliance, product level inspection in during times of personnel shortages.
• Position is subject to business trips, and shift rotations.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years hands on experience in any or all of the following: Aircraft Maintenance, Manufacturing, Modification and overall
• Auditing experience
• Ability to operate, navigate, extract and analyze data from Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Fluent in MS Office/MS Excel/Tableau for trending and analytics

Desired Skills:

• 5 years hands-on working experience as 7 or 9 skill level mechanic discipline (USAF) or MATMEP 4 (USMC), CDI/CDQAR/QAR (USN) or equivalent
• Experience or training on investigation of Aircraft/Product Ground Incidents/Mishaps
• Ability to interpret product level drawings/blueprints work instructions and analyze product quality
• ASQ Certifications
• Strong interpersonal Skills & Leadership skills
• Strong Written & Verbal Communications
• Knowledge of DCMAI 8210, AS9100/9110

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
