• Earn a competitive salary plus a 10% Performance based annual bonus.

• Plan, design, and test Fraud reports with heavy emphasis on Teradata, Oracle, MS Excel, and Business Objects, which includes system and data reconciliations.
• Ensure all assigned required reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develops and deploys effective reporting to reconcile operational and financial data from several sources to acquire and report results and adhere to reporting requirements.
• For ad-hoc reports, design and save queries to produce requested data using approved technology.
• Identifies and investigates issues related to projects. Recommends alternatives which include system identification, remediation of issues, and documentation of analysis and resolution.
• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews data quality and accuracy of MIS reports which includes system and data reconciliations.
• Participates in the development of presentations, report layouts, definitions and documentation.
• May perform additional reconciliations and maintenance of various ad hoc reports to improve the efficiency of distribution and Management Information Systems related processes.
• Design, develop, test, and implement scripted or application-based solutions for reports within specified timeframes.
• Investigate, identify, and propose prompt actionable solutions to resolve issues identified in any reporting processes.
• Draft, test and deploy Procedures as identified by Fraud Analytics Leadership to ensure continuous improvements to the Fraud Reporting function.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Five (5) years of experience in reporting and analysis required.
• Two (2) years experience in the creation, design and modifications of macros, queries and tables and working with all varieties of flat files required.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau or Power BI preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of modern technology related topics including script design, development, process, testing and debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Fraud and Disputes system knowledge desired.
