Who You Are*
Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Senior SysOps Administrator to drive go-to-market operations that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven. The ideal candidate will combine their passion for problem-solving with deep systems expertise and cross-functional collaboration to fuel business growth, enable team efficiency, and deliver a great customer experience. This person thinks strategically about the bigger picture and then works backward to design the systems in a way that is flexible and scalable. This person owns the dates they provide to the business for delivery and sticks to them, knowing when to work with leadership to manage scope. This person is also detailed oriented in their technical work, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and delivered correctly.
What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and continually improve our systems and processes to scale with rapidly growing sales and customer success teams
  • Act as one of the lead administrators on our go-to-market tech stack; design, build and manage integrations with systems and apps connected to Salesforce as well as other tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on business and operational problems; develop specifications and technical designs to meet solution requirements
  • Regularly audit and proactively identify data integrity issues and develop automated data cleansing
  • Own documentation, training materials, and team/user enablement for Salesforce processes and integrated systems

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:

  • 5+ years experience managing sales operations or revenue operations, including 3+ years of administration for a hub-and-spoke Salesforce architecture
  • 3+ years of experience managing stakeholder expectations across multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Proven experience with systems, integrations, and tools utilized for sales, marketing, and customer operations processes such as Outreach, Intercom, Hubspot, ZenDesk, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, Zapier, LeanData, Distribution Engine, et al
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative capabilities, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows
  • Development experience with Apex is a plus
  • Masterful cross-functional collaborator and relationship-builder
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solver, skilled at removing obstacles and solutioning around key business problems
  • Skilled project management and follow-through
  • Deep analytical skills and ability to identify patterns, process information, and make data-driven decisions

For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.

In alignment with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual cash compensation for this role in Colorado is targeted at $99,000-$124,000. In alignment with the New York State Senate Bill S9427A and California State Senate Bill No. 1162, the annual cash compensation for this role in California and New York City is targeted at $117,000-$138,000. In alignment with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, the annual cash compensation for this role in Washington is targeted at $99,000-$138,000.
