Sansiveri, Kimball & Co., LLP, a leading public accounting and business consulting firm located in Providence, RI offering flexible work schedules and work from home options, seeks a qualified individual for the following opening:
Senior Tax Accountant
Qualified candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of tax experience in public accounting. CPA preferred. MST or MST candidate a plus. Experience should include:
- tax preparation of large S and C corporation returns, (including multi-state tax returns),
- preparation of partnership, individual and trust returns,
- experience reviewing tax returns completed by staff and providing constructive review points,
- training and mentoring of staff,
- a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients as a point of contact.
Candidates should also have:
- strong communication skills,
- strong technical and research sills,
- the ability to manage multiple client projects with direction of managers,
- the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a timely fashion,
- a strong desire to grow within the firm
Proficiency with: CCH ProSystem FX, Engagement and QuickBooks programs is preferred.
