Edgar's Hospitality Group of Goodwill Industries is seeking energetic upbeat individuals to join our team. Edgar's Above Broad provides an unbeatable ambience and incredible food. Our restaurant servers greet guests at their tables, provide efficient service by guiding guests through menus, suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts.
Qualifications:
- Provide superior customer service
- Commitment to guest-focused, hospitable service by making suggestions on their preferences
- Ability to communicate effectively through speech and active listening when taking & serving food/drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Keep tables clean & tidy at all times
- Deliver checks & collect payments
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
