We are seeking to add a dedicated Server to our expanding Culinary department. The job responsibilities of the service staff include preparation and supply of the beverage center and maintaining the cleanliness of all dining areas in addition to table service. The successful candidate will have a knowledge of food and beverage preparations, standards of service and food service safety, as well as good command of the English language and physical ability to deliver food to the tables via a large tray. Job Requirements are a minimum of one year food and beverage experience -- fine dining preferred. Nights (closing shift ends at 7pm) and some weekends are required.
